Eligibility: Be a citizen of a World Bank member developing country (see official list). Not hold dual citizenship with a developed country. Be in good health. Hold a bachelor's degree (or equivalent) earned at least 3 years prior to the application deadline. Have at least 3 years of recent development-related work experience after earning the bachelor's degree. Be employed in a paid, development-related position at the time of application. Gain unconditional admission to at least one of the JJ/WBGSP participating master's programs before applying for the scholarship.

The goal is to create a network of change-makers who can contribute to the economic and social development of their home countries upon their return.

Monthly Living Allowance: Approximately €1,400 per month for the entire duration of the study period (24 months max). Contribution to Travel and Installation Costs: Travel: €1,000-€3,000 per year based on the scholar's location. Installation: A one-time €1,000 fee.
Eligibility: Must hold a first higher education degree (Bachelor's level) or be in the final year and graduate before the master's start. Students from any country in the world may apply. Must not have resided or carried out their main activity (work, studies) in any of the Erasmus+ "Program Countries" for more than 12 months in the last 5 years (for full scholarship eligibility). Must meet the specific academic and language requirements of the chosen EMJMD program (each has its own criteria).
