With previous experience as Assistant Dean of the Caux Campus of Swiss Hotel Management School and extensive international hospitality operations experience across Dublin, Geneva, Bermuda, Hawaii, and Canada, Connor leads HTMi Dubai's commitment to enhancing real-life learning with hospitality excellence. The institute has built a team of experienced educators and industry professionals, including Academic Manager Rubina Gill with over a decade of education experience, Culinary Arts Program Manager Chef Geraldo Thomazini with over two decades of international culinary experience, and multiple hospitality instructors with extensive industry backgrounds.
